WHAT TO EXPECT ON A SUNDAY MORNING

Worship times at Prairie Edge Church are the highlight of the week for this body of Christ. Our morning worship (9:30 AM) includes both traditional and contemporary songs, some led by our Praise Team and some led by the organ. Our evening worship (5:30 PM) tends to be more traditional, but includes a very meaningful prayer time where worshippers can share their praises and requests. The focus of both morning and evening worship is always on the Word of God, and the messages are both informative and applicable. In terms of dress – come as you are, we’re not overly formal … we would just love to have you join us!

Children’s Worship

Prairie Edge Church has been offering a Children and Worship program now for many, many years and it is a wonderful opportunity for kids ages 3-3rd grade to both learn what worship is all about and also participate in an age-appropriate worship time.  The kids begin worship with their families in the Worship Center and then, after the opening activities, are dismissed by the congregation to their specific worship areas.  Parents then pick up their kids following the service in the Children’s Worship wing, just off the main Worship Center.

Nursery

Infant and toddler nurseries are provided during our morning worship services. Pagers are provided for continuous parental contact during the services..

Fellowship

We gather together after our morning worship service for a selection of beverages, treats & fellowship. During the winter we enjoy them in our activity center and during summer weather we enjoy them outside by our pond. Be ready to laugh and smile.
