Since 2008 Prairie Edge has partnered with the Romence Food Pantry to help provide basic food needs to those in the Portage community that are struggling to make ends meet. Prairie Edge is primarly responsible for supplying cans of fruit and members are encouraged to bring those cans to church on a weekly basis. The Romence Food Pantry is an arm of Kalamazoo Loaves & Fishes.
